(Each session should last for a maximum of
1 hour). This cost is not inclusive of an
interpreter (usually English ¡V Vietnamese),
room rental and invitations to the Vietnamese
audience (200 seats). The following equipment
can be arranged free of charge: Overhead projector,
Microphones & Sound Systems.

Oct. 22: from 4 pm 1 hours / session) &

Oct .23 - 24 : 2pm (1 hours / session), 4
pm (1 hours / session) & 6 pm (1 hours
/ session)
Oct .25: 2 pm (1 hours / session), 4 pm (1
hours / session)

Fee per session: USD 300.00
100 % Payment must be made 30 days before
the show date
Call for paper in English by Sept. 30, 2009
at the latest for the interpreters' preference.
If you have specific invitees, please send
us a list, together with this form. We will
try our best to attend to your requests. However,
arrangements for the date, venue and audience
of the seminar are at the sole discretion
of the Bangladesh authorities.
